An awesome oasis of North West Frontier food with a mesmerising rooftop view of north Bangalore

With the plethora of rich flavourful dishes from the North West Frontier cuisine and a most magnificent view of nagwara lake , manyata tech park and surrounding area , Nazara is unarguably the best rooftop destination in northern Bangalore. I was here recently here and its magnificent al fresco bar serves some of the finest collection of wines and beers with an array of mouth-watering chef crafted kebabs.

With option of a private dining room , indoor luxurious dining space and the al fresco terrace that offer twinkling views over Bangalore , I find it perfect for city pleasant evenings.

The bar menu here offers some of the signature cocktails like the wine & spirits based Royal B’lore Dream , the vodka based Nazaara Pearl , Bacardi rum Above the cloud , gin dominated Zest of life , ballantine infused with dry fruits & nuts Old fashioned Old friend, and the tequila based City of Tree.

With Murali Gowda at helm of Bar affairs at the scenic restaurant , one must also try this Classic Twisted cocktails , be it the vodka based Grand cosmo ,or the bacardi based Mai Indian Tai , or the Nazaara Julep , coffee & spirits dominated Espresso Martini cream etc.

Under the culinary guidance of Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal , Gaurav Anand , the nazaara offers best of north western and north Indian food.

We began with the delectable Jhangiri Shorba (chicken & mutton broth with almonds soup) and the bhunne Bhutte aur Mirch ka shorba ( toasted sweet corn & fresh mint vegetarian soup) , and that was closely followed by mouth watering Kababs like the Gilawat Ke Kababs , Tandoori Mahi tikka and Nizami seekh Kebab for the meat lovers. The vegetarian kebabs were too served to us and were equally delectable to savour.The Khumb Galouti and the Malai Broccoli were simply outstanding. Among the mains we had , I liked their mild and subtle avadhi style nalli nahari , Dal Lumbini , Murgh Awadi Korma and the Bhuna Saag.
