Fava Bistro ,the Chef Abhijit Saha’s culinary endeavour to great dining bistro style has finally arrived at Koramagla, the food district of Bangalore. With a relaxed seating , soothing ambience , and option to enjoy food outdoors with fresh breeze , watching the bake oven pizzas being prepared while sipping array of craft beers , is pure bliss.
During my recent visit , I was told by Abhinav Verma from Avante Garde Hospitality that ” Fava Bistro sources fresh organic produce from local farmers and artisanal ingredients from their places of origin for their menu , thus encouraging Farm to Table concept and sustainable and responsible dining patterns.
