HAVE YOU BEEN THERE DONE THAT (BTDT) ?

If not , then let me just take you there through my experience.

One of the latest addition to 100 feet road at Indira nagar, is the newly opened “Been There Done That (BTDT) “ .Erstwhile “High Note” , the place has a refreshing new Mediterranean look, with nice friendly vibes all around. Its Boat Themed ambience with cool interiors is bound to draw your attention. Mostly al fresco, it has two levels of seating ,with dedicated primary bar on the lower level that also has indoor dining area too. The upper level overlooking the primary bar has better al -fresco element and we chose to be seated there.

I could vividly remember that it was month ago during the ongoing FIFA world cup when I visited them along with my pretty friend on a weekend evening. The place was already bustling with crowd but due to our booking on Zomato , it was a smooth affair .

The menu here, I must confess is very lavish for the place it is. And that’s something which very good for me as I was really spoilt for choice while going through the menu.it. The drinks,we had , were Lee ji ,Thai martini .Jazz up and the Hip hop.
We began with some delectable starters and my favourites here were the all time favourite since my lucknow days , Mutton sheekh kebab and Masala lamb chops, along with two kebabs , the mouth melting Shami and the irresistible silky-textured, delicious Reshmi kabab. My vegetarian counterpart too was delighted with her share of Jalepeno cheese bites and the Mushroom and spinach soup. In-fact I did taste the soup and it was deliciously thick to the right consistency with nice balance of the two flavours from its main ingredients. I could not resist trying the Ceaser chicken salad that was refreshingly appetising and the finger licking roast pork belly too. They also have pizzas and the Asian baos on their menu which we would like to try next time. Coming to the mains , we chose to try their Indian fare. The Lal Maas . predictably did not met my rajasthani standards but it was quite good. All of us liked the two dals , makhni and Tadka and the Murh Kassa. Those with sweet tooth will love their Sticky toffee ,Carmel Custard and Baked jamun.
