Thankfully, Hanoi, situated a Phoenix Market City, invited me to the Chef’s table along with few other foodies.

The authenticity of this place can be easily established by the fact that one of the co-owners is a Vietnamese. She has meticulously planned this place with finesse and dedication.

My entire experience has been “ đáng so ” (awesome) as they call in Vietnamese language.

During our conversation, I was told that the Vietnamese cuisine is considered as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world. Many Vietnamese dishes incorporate five fundamental taste senses that relate to five human organs. It has been an evening of my enlightenment in Vietnamese cuisine and I must confess that it was love at first bite and is now forever.

If you’re looking for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience in Bangalore, look no further and just head to the place owned by a Vietnamese lady, Diep Vu and her husband Nirav.
