Mr Kunal Kunar ,Head of Culinary Transformation Ibis Hotels India, told me that the menu has been curated keeping the local flavours in mind , but with a delicious twist.

Have you ever thought of dishes like mangalorean Ghee Roast Arbi , or Gupta ji style Aloo Burger from street vendors of Lajpat Nagar Delhi , or spicy Naga Tangdi Kabab , or Kaleji Kabab from our very own Russel market , the list is just amazing here.

KA.01 embodies a clear idea starting with the name, to the look and feel of the place. We wanted guests to remember the joys of heading to their favourite eatery after a night of partying, where there was always good company and great food,” said Irfan Khatry, general manager, ibis Bengaluru City Centre.

Not only food, the drinks here are too good to resist, and yes they have some interesting names too. Their Pool Cab section has three signatures – namely KA02 , KA03 & KA04 that stand for Rajajinagar , Indiranagar and Yeshwanthpur respectively , and similarly their other sections like Fresh Paint and Hot Rod too has been named after other significant places in Bangalore. All these signature cocktails are served in stylish way and go well with the menu here.
