Baba Chatkora – for my love for Kulchas !

Read Time:59 Second

When you are craving for the mouth watering stuffed Kulchas , made in tandoor in one of the by-lanes in Amritsar and then suddenly you realise that you are miles away in Bangalore. What will you do ?

Well I have an answer.

Just head to Baba Chatkora at Koramangala and feast on some of the best  Kulchas options in the city along with the other vegetarian punjabi fare. If you are confused about what to order there , don’t worry as they have very hospitable service staff , very unlikely in small establishments. Regret I forgot his name.

He recommended us to order their signature BC Kulcha ( nothing offensive as BC here stands for Baba Chatkora ..). Served with two tandoori kulchas , cholle (chickpeas curry) and chutney (indian dip) , it is a complete meal in itself with a glass of Indian cooler like lassi , shikanji or butter milk. For those who are more hungry , can opt for Dal makhni  at additional INR 60 with this meal.

Besides their Kulchas , I would also like to recommend Delhi Soya Chaaps and other north Indian dishes in their menu.
