Read Time:1 Minute, 43 Second

Overlooking the picturesque Kaikondrahalli Lake at Sarjapur Road , is situated a quaint little bistro ,named Zoey’s , a greek world for life.

Ambience

Inspired by the European cafe styles, with the interior features old style furniture with tile top tables , some reclaimed posters and fittings , jazzy wall paintings , colourful shelves with books and board games, combined with a few contemporary elements.

The Painted yellow cycle with the basket, greets its customers at the entrance (above)

Wooden furniture that reminds of yesteryear , with painted walled corner for the kids.(above)

For those love to read over coffee , or enjoy board games ,this will definitely amuse. (above)

I loved the contrast created here , making the place pleasantly beautiful, giving a sense of cosiness and warmth. The friendly owner, who has quit her corporate life for the passion of opening a restaurant.

The Menu

The menu is essentially continental with french and Italian influences. Categorised into Big Eats and others sections like Small eats, Burgers, Pasta Omelette etc, we decided to order some Burgers and one dish from the Big eats, along with select drinks.

Here’s how our order looked like :

Big Eats

Chicken Breast with Mushrooms

Burgers

Grilled Chicken Burger
Spicy Chicken Burger
Rock & Roll Burger

Drinks

Date Almond Oatmeal Shake
Apple Cinnamon Tea
Lemon Grass Cooler

Desserts

Waffles

The Verdict

We enjoyed our visit here , with some nice hospitality and good food. The drinks , suggested by the owner were nice , especially their Apple Cinnamon Tea is now my favourite. Big eats were little disappointing in terms of the portions size and I would suggest moderate to heavy eater to order other dishes instead. We all relished their burgers. I heard they serve some great pastas too , and would like to try next time. Big Thumbs up to this place.
