Restaurant Review :Republique : Pub & Terrace Lounge HSR , Bangalore

Hosur Sarjapur Road, better known as HSR has been buzzing with food activities and eateries for last couple of years. During one of evening quest for good rooftop drinking place , we came across Republique : Pub & Terrace Lounge at HSR layout.

Situated very close to the BDA complex on the main road, it has two floors of seating. The first one on the lower floor , is air-conditioned. But since we wanted to enjoy our drinks with a view , we opted for their al-fresco on the roof top. With bar on the side and cool breeze around and nice music playing , the evening seems good for us. Our joy doubled when the server told us about their Happy Hours offer. So I thought of sharing their menu with you all. After all sharing is caring, isn’t it ?

While I was happy sipping Black Dog centenary , my friends ordered some cocktails.Seen here below , is the Doctor’s Prescription, prepared with Brandy , Indian spices, mint , honey & ginger.

The delectable mutton seekh kabab , rightly spiced up , to go well with my mug of beer.

The Fish starters , ordered by some of my friends, served with a red chilli chutney.

The veg crostini for my vegetarian friends as they were complaining that we were not ordering enough for them.

And some french fries , potato wedges , onion rings and veg tikkis , as part of their veg platter, just to ensure that my vegetarian friends have their mouths full.

The Pasta , I will call it Anon as I do not remember what my friend ordered. I am not a big pasta fan , and usually stick to olio aglio pasta if needed.
