Restaurant Review : Copper Chimney is back in Indiranagar , Bangalore

It’s love at first whiff once you step inside this newly opened Indian speciality restaurant in the posh Indiranagar.

Copper Chimney , a brand that has been wooing food lovers with its recipes inspired from the Undivided India, from Peshawar in the North West to Delhi ,India’s food capital, since 1972, is now back at Indira nagar in Bangalore at new better location. I was told by one of their chefs that even today, their signature dishes are prepared even using their 3 generation old traditional secret spice mixes.

The menu inspired from cuisines from pre-independent India still has some recipes from their original 1972 menu , affirming the culinary heritage of Copper Chimney besides other dishes. Some of the Originals and Signatures include the Kadak Roomali, large crispy roomali roti served with choice of toppings – chili butter , chilli butter masala or cheese masala.
