Yesterday , I was invited to the food tasting event at The Oberoi, Bangalore where she demystified the pleasures of enjoying the ‘nouvelle cuisine’ in the comfort of home.
“The event hosted by TTK Prestige, showcased Chef Shazia demonstrating the ease of recreating Michelin star quality food at home and reiterating the importance of sourcing fresh local produce and quality ingredients for fine tasting food.”
After her culinary show, I had a short conversation with her.The excerpts from the same are below:

Cooking makes me Super excited.I love to plate my dishes elegantly. For me, it is like a fun activity. Even at midnight , I can cook food for my loved ones.”It is like an Love affair” ( she says it laughingly)
Q. Take us back in time, how old were you when you had first cooking experience.
I was 9 years old when I started cooking at home.My first dish was fresh fruit Custard that I prepared without any help. My family was always worried about me cooking then.
