Micro Brewery Review: The New Menu at Big Pitcher, Bangalore

Indiranagar’s most happening and largest Pubtainment destination has new food menu.

This mega brewpub ,kitchen and entertainment hub is often hailed as the Six Pub Sensation with 6 distinct floors of fun filled memorable experiences,namely the Club Kahuna, Splitwood, Sizzling Street, Studio 4121 and Star Lounge. These five brands from the Big Pitcher will always ensure that there is never a dull moment while you are here as it serves some of the finest brewed beers from their microbrewery and great dishes from their kitchen.

If you are romantic soul like me , you will love their roof top vibes at Star Lounge. Open only during evenings for dinner, the experience here is memorably romantic with perfect al fresco setting with a view, apt for intimate dining with your loved one , savouring their new menu along with delicious sizzlers, grills and steaks prepared live under the moonlight , with soft soothing music playing in the background.

From their extensive new menu , we tried quite a lot of dishes , both appetisers and mains. Chef’s creations like smoky cilantro paneer , delightful Club Kahuna Onion rings, Paneer dum ka roll , the crunchy shiitake tossed in crushed dry chilli sauce , the creamy Malai mutton chops, delicious Blast chicken Roulade and tasty Angari Khatarnak Murgh were truly outstanding and now part of list here.

While dining we also witnessed the live cook out with the chef, where he showcased few of his signature delicacies, juicy pan fried Prawn Espanol with gazpacho drizzle , Kahuna’s Polo A La king , a chicken breast recipe with stuffed chicken mince ,cheese and mushrooms inside with spicy paprika sauce and served with creamy mash potato , followed by Creamy Asparagus Crepe filled with corn & cheese. After relishing the starters, we shared the two sizzlers , the chicken satellite sizzler and the Spaghetti sizzle sizzler.

Summary

Undoubtedly, Big Pitcher is more than being a just a brewpub. I would call it complete entertainment & culinary destination with options of great options of brews , discotheque , roof top romantic rendezvous and global cuisine , all in 6 floor edifice.
