LONO -the most picturesque tropical lounge in Bangalore

One of the most picturesque tiki themed new aged tropical lounge and restaurant of Bangalore is finally here at Indiranagar.

Named after Hawaiian deity of peace, fertility and music, LONO , this will transport you to a tropical green paradise this summer, with a fresh vibes emanating everywhere from menu to decor.

With staff donning the prettiest Hawaiian shirts , soothing music in the background , the greenery laden wooden tables and surroundings, tropical inspired menu with kitschy drinks, I had a feeling of a short vacation with some of my dear friends.

Among the dishes we tried, my vegetarian folks loved the filled cucumber cases, a refreshing take on English cucumber with american corn cheese cake and the irresistible Hawaiian salad , while the meat lovers gorged on the twin pork dishes , the Mango Chutney Roast Pork and the Hawaiian Roast Pork along with the Caribbean fried chicken , and lemon grilled prawns for the first course, served to us at their indoor area, as it was drizzling outside.

Later when the weather became friendly , we moved to their much preferred al fresco area , as we tried more from their menu including their drool worthy desserts. From their impressive Burger & Sandwich collection, the crispy chicken sandwich and Ohau Burger impressed us the most with taste and presentation, though the others were no less in any sense. Being a pizza fan , I could not resist ordering the chef special Lono Pizza from their list.

For those looking for a meal in itself dishes, their Bowls inspired from cuisines globally ,are highly condemned. The Buddha Bowl, the Caribbean shrimp bowl and the Tofu curry bowl were among the ones we tried.The three ladies with me firmly believed that no meal is complete without some sinful mouth watering desserts , and here we ordered all the four, as we believed in diversity.

I will visit this place again for its great unique and relaxing ambience with my loved ones and will try the more drinks and dishes from their menu. Highly recommended for its good vibes and great experience, based on my experience here.
