Brew pub Review : Hoot – Brew destination at Sarjapur Road , Bangalore | India
“Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.”
– Benjamin Franklin
As we all know Sarjapur road is most happening place for the brew lovers in the city. With some of the best micro-breweries in the area and more to open soon , it is undoubtedly the brew capital of Bangalore. Hoot has the distinction of being the second oldest in the area and is known for world-class craft beers and great food menu that includes Indian , pan Asian , middle eastern and American-style pub food.
With over 40,000 sqft of largely open space and three floors , HOOT is an ideal destination for both weekdays and weekend rewind sojourn. Ideal for corporate lunches , family get together , friends meet ups or even romantic rendezvous.Weekends here get even more better with lot of music events and fun times.
The Brew Menu
We tried the available 4 varieties of Hot brews , namely orange flavoured Red IPA (6%) , caramel flavoured Smoked Lager (6%) , Triple Wheat IPA (8%) with mango & citrus flavours and fruity Belgian Saison (7 %)
Apart from their brews , their regular bar menu offers wide range of red , white and rose wines , apertifs , cognac and brandys , mixed hoots , liqueurs , classic cocktails and mixers , the list to big , and there’s drink for everyone.
Every time I visit them ,the Food has never failed to thrill us. Curated by Chef Verma and the Hoot kitchen team , the menu is a interesting mix of Indian , Asian and continental fare . We usually try their delicious brik oven pizzas , their green healthy salads , meaty Chicken and lamb burgers and variety of their grills . I have heard their pastas , risottos and platters are good too.
