With option of two seasonally changing degustation menus along with an lavish a-la-carte menu , prepared with best of ingredients , the place has been winning accolades since inception in 2008.
I had an opportunity of trying their three course prix-fixe menu recently on a business meeting. Started with one of the most interesting Amuse bouche , while sipping with complimentary glass of sangria. Followed it with our chosen first course dishes of Baked Asparagus & Leek filo parcel , pastry crusts with asparagus and leeks fillings and served with mediterranean saffron alioli sauce and Chicken stuffed mushroom caps a la plancha with sofrito and alioli sauce.
The spanish Romesco powder crusted fish with three textures of leeks and Truffle scented stuffed chicken breast served with baby carrots , sauteed mushrooms ,pickled bell pepper & mustard sauce. The final course , Dark chocolate decadence with gold dust & cherry compote and french Entremet with avocado, passion fruit , almond & red currant.
