Brew Pub Review : Vapour Brewpub and Diner- Sarjapur Road , Bangalore

It was time for celebration at Sarjapur as Bangalore’s favourite Brewpub , Vapour, opened its second outlet at the top floor of Bren Mercury, Sarjapur main road recently.

Spread over 2 floors ,the place has al-fresco seating with magnificent view of city including the beautiful Kaikondrahalli lake , elegant wood laden interiors, magnificent interiors ,giant screen , and can house nearly 500 guests at a time. It is also the hub of entertainment with live and house to events like quizzing to stand-up comedy among others.

As a leading brew pub of the city , it offers many fresh Beers brewed in house, apart from the impressive collection of spirits and liquors to woo its guests.

The food here is equally good and the menu comprises of dishes from the Indian , Pan-asian and continental cuisine. And we tried some of signatures ones too,including the Vapour special Atta Chicken , the awadhi galawati kabab (both veg & mutton) , the north south fusion Kadhai Chicken with Kozhi Paniyaram ,

Some of the must -have cocktails, I would like to suggest ,are the Blood Bank with five kinds of white spirits served with water melon juice , Sharabi Nariyal , a coconut water , pineapple juice ,coconut syrup and cream concoction with white rum, the Vapour inception with guava and kiwi juice with lime and tequila, the Russian inspired smoke mango mule vodka based cocktail , and Vapour Infuse gin.
