If you are looking for lavish buffet spread with a difference, this is the must visit place in Bangalore.It was bright Sunday morning and we were brain storming for our lunch destination.The lack of consensus for one particular cuisine gave me an idea to visit Flechazo. Known for its Mediterranean and Asian spread of food, It has been one of the most sought after places among the foodies in bangalore and my visit was long over due since its inception in 2016.

Since I am usually a on-time person, we reached there around 12 noon.But contrary to my expectations , the place was already bustling with people and I could see happy faces all around, eating drinking merrily. Since we had a prior reservation, we were greeted and promptly escorted to our table by the staff. For those who may be wondering about the location , it is situated on the Marathalli outer ring road, above the Nissan motors showroom , with ample parking facilities. So you don’t have to worry about it.

With bright cheerful ambiance , Flechazo gave us a sense of immeinent positivity all around. And since there was so much on offer , with buffet counters, live counters and pre-plated delicacies , I preferred to be selective. Skipping the amazing soups , I headed straight to the “Food Shots” counter where the host of food portions were placed on conveyor belt, and ready to be picked. They all were looking very fascinating and appetising. I picked some chat portions and dimsums from the counter while cousin went ahead with the sushis.

The starters served to us were really good and plenty. My favorites among them were the Murgh Bhanu Tikka,Gosht Hariyali Seekh Kabab, Cinnamon Pineapple,Asian Cheesy Potatoes, Chicken Shawarma and Grilled Fish.

Grilled Pineapple -carved live on your table

Among the live counters, the grilled pineapple on the table and the Nitrogen Ice cream were treat to watch. The mains were displayed in a buffet and tried the Crab curry and the Dal with some hot assortment of Indian breads.Since now the Bar is open at Flechazo, one can enjoy their favorite drinks with the meal. The mocktails and cocktails are quite interesting. You should try whenever you are here and do check their ongoing offers.

B.I.Y Pizzas ! Yes you can bake your own pizzas of your choice. It was such a fun activity rolling the pizza base , topping it up and then carefully slipping in to the oven.And waiting in anticipation. It gives a sense of achievement when it comes out perfectly baked and ready to eat. Must try when you visit !

“Flechazo is certainly one of the best option to relish extravagant spread at economical price.The dishes are fabulous and varied.The place is ideal for families, friends and couples.The rotating menu provides welcome change for regulars here. The Ambiance is spectacular and service is highly efficient. There will never be a dull moment here as the atmosphere is always full of festivities.”
